职位描述

1.Conduct the lab tests of chemical and instrument analysis such as ICP-OES,GC-MS,Spectrophotometer and so on,and generate the related lab testing reports;
2.Set up the lab testing methods and participate to equip the lab instruments according lab testing needs,including chemical chatacteristics and physical characteristics tests;
3.Keep the relationship with lab equipment supplier and be in charge of the daily maintenance of the lab instruments,ensure the normal and smooth of daily lab running,and also the accuracy of the testing results;
4.Carry out the lab instruments calibration and verification;
5.Maintain the lab spare parts and consumable availability;
6.Collecting and analyze for test data periodically and form the reports,make analysis and study for quality problem trouble shooting;
7.Lab 5S management;
8.Other jobs assigned by team head.

职位要求

1.Familiar with chemical instrument analysis such GC,LC,MS,AAS,ICP,IR Spectrometer and so on,has the work experience for test instruments testing method set up;
2.Good lab testing skills and problem analysis and solving skills ,works conscientiously;
3.Good English reading ,writing and spoken.
